GAME DAY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR:
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Game Day Coordinator to oversee and execute concourse setup, staff coordination, and in-game activations. This role ensures a smooth and engaging experience for fans while supporting various logistical needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about event management.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Game Setup & Logistics: Oversee concourse setup, including merchandise, beer tents, and activation areas. Ensure all required equipment and supplies are in place.
Staff Coordination & Assignments: Assign game day roles, distribute walkie-talkies, review the game script, and brief staff on activations and special event themes.
Team Day Management: Greet teams, ensure ticket scanning, escort them to field access points, and coordinate social media engagement with teams.
Game Crew Management: Oversee in-game activations, ensuring all assigned staff fulfill their roles (e.g., mascot support, social media coverage, giveaways).
Tear Down & Post-Game Duties: Coordinate closing procedures, ensure equipment is stored properly, conduct a post-game debrief, and charge communication devices.
GAME CREW SUPPORT STAFF:
We are seeking versatile and dependable Game Day Operations Support Staff to assist in various game day roles as needed. This role provides support across multiple areas, including operations, merchandise, and ticketing, ensuring a seamless experience for fans and staff. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced sports environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter to promote the team and events.

Baseball Operations Assistant:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Baseball Operations Assistant to support our Baseball Operations department. This role involves managing baseball statistics, conducting player outreach, monitoring offseason leagues, performing research, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate is passionate about baseball, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Export and manage baseball statistics from various sources to support player evaluation and team strategy.
Player Outreach: Initiate and maintain communication with prospective players to assess interest and fit for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ticket Sales & Customer Service: Manage ticket sales, assist fans with inquiries, and ensure an excellent game day experience.
- Game Day Operations: Oversee ticket distribution, monitor scanning processes, and coordinate team day entries.
- Financial Handling: Maintain and reconcile cash transactions, manage float collection, and ensure accurate financial records.

TICKET SCANNER:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ticket Scanner to assist with guest entry operations at the front gate. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient entrance process for fans while supporting box office and security staff. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Scanning & Entry Management: Scan guest tickets at the front gate and ensure all entries are processed efficiently.
Guest Verification: Stamp guests upon entry and verify ticket authenticity.
Customer Assistance: Provide guidance and directions to guests as needed.
Support Box Office Operations: Assist box office staff with ticketing inquiries and general entry logistics.

EQUIPMENT MANAGER:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Manager to oversee and maintain all team equipment, uniforms, and game-day supplies. This role ensures that players and coaching staff have everything they need for home and away games, keeping inventory stocked and equipment in optimal condition. The ideal candidate has strong logistical skills and a passion for sports management.
Key Responsibilities:
Home Game Preparation: Ensure uniforms, gear, and hydration supplies are stocked and ready for game day. Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms and dugouts. Conduct pre-game inspections of equipment.
Game-Time Operations: Monitor hydration supplies, provide ice packs, coordinate food arrangements, and assist with any in-game equipment needs.
Post-Game Duties: Secure and clean locker rooms, dispose of waste, retrieve post-game meals, and pack up necessary equipment.
Road Game Logistics: Organize and load all necessary equipment for away games, ensure players receive uniforms, maintain hydration supplies, and manage travel gear inventory.
Ongoing Equipment & Inventory Management: Track and maintain the condition of all equipment, including helmets, game balls, catchers’ gear, and uniforms. Ensure an adequate supply of warm-up gear and player hydration.
SECURITY GUARD:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Manager to oversee stadium security operations on game days. This role ensures the safety of fans, staff, and players while enforcing stadium policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and experience in event security.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Game Security Preparation: Conduct walkthroughs to secure restricted areas, verify security equipment functionality, and ensure all protocols are in place before gates open.
Entrance & Crowd Control: Manage front gate security, conduct bag checks, prevent unauthorized access, and enforce stadium entry policies.
Fan & Staff Safety Monitoring: Observe crowd behavior, address any disruptions, and monitor for intoxicated or disruptive individuals. Ensure interactions with staff remain respectful.
Post-Game Security & Lockdown: Oversee safe exit procedures, perform stadium sweeps, lock all designated areas, and ensure no unauthorized individuals remain inside.
Incident Response & Compliance: Enforce safety policies, respond to security concerns, and coordinate with supervisors to address any issues.
Equipment & End-of-Night Duties: Return security equipment, assist staff with safe departure, and confirm all security duties have been completed before leaving.
MASCOT HANDLER:
We are seeking an energetic and responsible Mascot Handler to assist with mascot performances and fan interactions on game days. This role ensures the mascot can safely and effectively engage with fans while maintaining the overall game day experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating a fun atmosphere for fans of all ages.
