Hamilton Cardinals Home Opener May 26

After lengthy battles with rain during the spring. The Cardinals will finally open there season at home vs the 5 time defending champion Barrie Baycats. 

The Cardinals are off to a good start in 2019 as they try to build on the momentum from last season. Newcomer IBL all-star Justin Gideon is off to a great start offensively and the rest of the offense seems to find another hot bat or 2 each night. The team pitching has been solid and has given the Cardinals a chance to win each night. Also, a nice surprise has been the defense which has made only 1 error in 3 games, even though they have played in some very tough conditions.

The Cardinals ownership and players would like to thank the fans and supporters for there patience with the delay of our home opener and we look forward to seeing everyone at Carstar Field at Bernie Arbour Stadium. 

The two games that were cancelled last week have been re-scheduled. 

May 17 vs Toronto has been moved to Wednesday July 3, 7:30 

May 19 vs London has been moved to Tuesday June 18, 7:30
