The Cardinals return home to Hamilton for their home opener tonight after a hard-fought season-opening victory in Welland. 

Game Date: Friday, May 19, 2023 

Location: CARSTAR Field @ Bernie Arbour Stadium - 1100 Mohawk Rd E in Hamilton.

First Pitch: 7:35pm ET

Gates Open: 6:30pm ET

Opponent: Guelph Royals

Tickets: Tickets can be purchased at the box office or you can avoid lines by purchasing online.

Weather: 21 degrees and partly cloudy at first pitch. 40% chance of late evening rain but we don't expect it to affect the game.

Theme: It’s the Acura of Hamilton Home Opener. Celebrate a new era of Cardinals baseball and the unveiling of our new game day experience! Featuring game day host Emily Thompson, mascot Bernie R. Bird, The Beer Batter Wheel and our new in-game activations!

Parking: Multiple parking areas are located in the immediate vicinity of Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium. Onsite parking to the southwest and east of Bernie Arbour is FREE of charge. Spots are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Street parking is also available in the neighbourhoods surrounding the stadium. Please adhere to local parking signs and bylaws when parking your car.

If you’re taking public transit to the game, take the 41 Mohawk or the 21 Upper Kenilworth. There are two different bus stops located within 100 meters of the stadium, highlighted in the parking map below. For more information on public transit, visit the HSR’s website.

Sammy’s Ancaster Concession is open in the concessions, featuring hot dogs, chili dogs, fries, poutine, chili cheese fries, snacks and other beverages.
